Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on all of our products, covering workmanship and hardware, including buckles and D-rings.

Our warranty does not cover:
-Decorative elements, such as badges and crystals, as they are more prone to damage during regular use. We recommend treating these with extra care.
-General wear and tear, including marks, scratches, stretching, or tears that result from normal use.

We reserve the right to assess whether the issue is due to manufacturer error or user misuse (e.g., lack of proper care or damage caused by the horse). If the defect is deemed not covered, the item will be returned without remedy.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may choose to repair, replace, or substitute the item with a product of equal value (if the original is discontinued or unavailable). A refund will only be issued if none of these options are possible.

Filing a claim
To file a claim under warranty, please contact us at sales@avaequestrian.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name on order
  • Product name and description
  • Explanation of the fault
  • Clear photos that show the entire product
  • Clear photos of the fault
