DOUBLE BRIDLE 4/8 WIDE CHEEK STRAPS BROWN CROWNPIECE
This crownpiece is designed to be used as a double bridle with four straps on either side - one for cheekpieces, one for bradoon cheekpieces, one for the noseband and one for the throatlatch. . With cheekpiece attachments only 1/2" wide, this headpiece creates an elegant refined picture perfect for finer horses and for use in the show ring.
The fit and alignment of the crownpiece plays a vital role in your horse’s comfort. Designed to create an optimal line from the poll to the bit, this anatomically shaped headpiece is cut back behind the ears for maximum clearance and sits behind the TMJ, helping avoid pressure on one of the most sensitive areas of the horse’s head.
Padded with our unique gel, the headpiece is exceptionally soft and comfortable without adding bulk. As a monocrown design, a single piece of leather passes over the poll, reducing pressure and distributing it more evenly behind the ears.
This crownpiece ships with a throatlatch so you do not need to purchase a throatlatch separately.
